System seems to running much faster now. Thank you Sir!! The only one i occasionally skip is step 2 if I'm working from a recent image. Searching For Updates On This Computer Once installed and restarted, should now notice the SVCHOST.exe doesn't consume 1 core's worth of CPU resources, rather "trustedinstaller.exe" does.
