You definitely want to make sure all your hardware is operating at stock settings - do not have anything over-clocked, over or under-voltaged, or at un-supported timings. What else it could be the problem? BSOD Crashes and Debugging random BSOD kernel apchello guys, i have faced BSOD it says KERNEL_APC_during bla bla while booting into windows. ill report back after having run memtest86+ for some 3 hours. ill report back if i get any BSODs or other issues, or if after some days without any problems i could conclude that i had fixed it.
surprisingly, when gaming, it only crashed once, so i think the stress (and heat) that gaming produces is not the right one to produce the errors. Drivers have been uninstalled, but there's no manual Windows 10 driver for the controller. Sometimes my PC just freezes without any BSOD's . Personally I'd run it for 12 hours or at least overnight.
In these situations, when it's extremely likely that RAM is the problem, I would run memtest for 12-24 hours (assuming you can) before I decided to look elsewhere for the problem. but ok ill try memtest86+ again now.
