This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. People who are far more knowledgeable than I am are convinced it's a driver issue. I removed the network driver and manually searched for the driver. I have messed around with paging options as suggested in other posts but it did not appear to solve the problem.
