In attempt to solve the issue I undertook the following steps.-Ran memtest86 for 2hours, no errors-Ran MSI Kombustor to check GPU and PSU- Ran CCleaner (to attempt to clean registry)- Attempted Memory Checker intelburntest actually causes shutdowns as well. But you must first do three things to have an informed answer. Usually it's random but I can trigger it in the bios and while playing Dead Space 3. If you are absolutely sure your PSU is good... Make sure there are no power connectors laying around getting shorted out, too.
