If you have an AMD processor, don't expect to get good FPS on ultra. It cost me around £130. PC specs are below. I had FX-8320(overclocked to 4500) + GTX 970(overclocked to GTX 980 level) combo and I couldn't even run it on full details without FPS jerks.
Just upgrading the CPU almost doubled it. It's served me very well for a while, but I think the time has come to upgrade the graphics card.
