Since originally the issue was reported to happen due to the way Firefox handles memory. If you absolutely need some type of software running, it could pay off to try an alternative program to find a winning combination. Of course everything (Java, driver) is up to date. I'm sorry that the windows crashes while playing the gmaes. If so, might want to look into reducing that number or seeing if canceling preloading would help stability...
