It still looks to be a hardware issue. Also, I reinstalled windows 7 the other day to make sure i have a clean install, I did not get a BSOD yet but windows 7 still freezes randomly. After cca additional 5 minutes, so 20ish minutes of PC in idle, the BSOD will either happen on itself, usually after 30 minutes, or when I want to wake monitor up
And guess what? Seems fair to me. PowerISO was 32bit I think even though I have 64bit win7 (it still ran fine) So, now after wake I'm not getting a memory_mangement BSOD I'm getting a driver_irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD instead I had changed it earlier, but for some odd reason my PC went back to the Dell mode, not the Power Saver mode where I had disabled it originally.
