I'm relieved that it wasn't a hardware issue after all, but I'm annoyed that I went to all this trouble only to find out that it's the controller! Make sure that you uninstal AMD/ATI Catalyst programs, in your programs and features section of Control Panel.. Finally I replaced the board and haven't had a single blue screen since!

Remember, at this time, you do not have a graphics card installed so the load on your PSU will be reduced.If no beeps:Running fans and drives and motherboard LED's do not This isn't always the case so you have to check your MB manual to make sure. Ram Test Or.., Simply take it back to the original place of purchase, as if it's under warranty, I would prefer you take it to them before you do anything to the PC

If you don't know what the settings are for your sticks just find your RAM on Newegg or something and the voltage, timings, and speed should all be there. Hey...
